Background
Legora is a modern CRM platform designed specifically for law firms to manage cases, clients, and internal workflows. The project aimed to deliver a platform that simplifies case management, enhances team collaboration, and provides law firms with a professional, digital-first tool to optimize their operations.
Core problem
Law firms often rely on outdated tools, spreadsheets, or generic CRMs that are not tailored to the legal sector. This results in inefficiencies such as fragmented client data, missed follow-ups, and difficulty tracking cases across teams. The challenge was to design a specialized CRM that fits the unique needs of legal professionals.
